What you get

• Runs locally on Mac or Windows. You install one free tool (uv), unzip, and double-click.
• Bring your own data: 1-minute bars as a CSV, or a NinjaTrader 8 export. No market data is included.
• Bring your own AI: your own OpenRouter key, or Claude Code if you already have it on this computer.
• A license key that is checked offline. No account, no device lock.
• Source-visible: read and change the code for your own use, to check every backtest yourself. One license per buyer, up to 3 of your computers; not for sharing or resale. The example strategies are MIT.
• Strategies written by the AI helper, or imported as Python, backtest on your own computer.
• Every version released during your update year keeps working forever. After the year, renew for $59 to get newer versions, or keep what you have.
